VHA Global in partnership with International Trade & Development Co. WLL (Qatar) was the contracting entity, responsible for providing Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) with a detailed strategic plan for the five year period 2006-10 and the strategic direction for the next ten years. Services include:

	translating the mission and vision of HMC into a framework for action.
	Providing the broad structure within which the various facilities of HMC shall operate. Identifying priorities and highlighting major challenges that might confront HMC, and measures to address these challenges in order to improve the quality of care provided by HMC to its customers,
	and assist HMC to attain and sustain its objective of being a leader in high quality health care provision in the Country and in the Gulf Region, with the prospect of being a world-class health care provider.
